Mr. Chipata joined the Company in July 2012. He has worked as Finance Director for Zambia Postal Services Corporation; Managing Director for Intermarket Securities Zambia Limited; and Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer and Head of Treasury for Intermarket Banking Corporation Zambia Limited. He has also served as Finance Manager for Professional Insurance Corporation Zambia Limited and Chief Accountant for National Milling Company. He has over 15 years senior management experience in Accounting, Finance and Investment management in a cross-section of industries. Mr. Chipata holds a Bachelor of Accountancy Degree and is a Chartered Certified Accountant (FCCA). He is also a trained Stockbroker and a Fellow of the Zambia Institute of Chartered Accountants.
