He is a core telecom professional with strong and vast technical expertise spanning over 19 years in management, organization development, IT/engineering, financing and commercial, including stints as Chief Technical and Information Officer, Celtel, Congo Brazaville; Chief Technical Officer, MTN Cote D’Ivoire; and Deputy Group CEO/Group CTO, Telma Telecom, Madagascar. EMTS acquired a Unified Access Service License from the Nigerian Communications Commission in 2007.
