About Ayodeji Monehin Ayodeji Monehin is the Chief Promoter of Bridge Credit Limited and has served as its Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer since the company’s launch in 2017. An Associate Consultant with EPI International (UK) Limited; he has worked in various financial institutions in Nigeria for over 25 years with special focus on Cost Optimisation; Innovation; Risk and Financial Management. During his professional career, Ayodeji has set himself apart as an accomplished business manager by effortlessly managing large branches of some mainstream banks in Nigeria, where he drove profitability and service excellence to enviable heights receiving several commendations and awards in the process. As a consultant, he led several cost reduction and revenue improvement projects that enabled numerous clients including some listed on the Stock Exchange to achieve significant savings and record increased revenue performance. Ayodeji holds a B. Sc degree in Accounting and a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) with a major in International Business Management. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria. He has also completed the Emeritus/MIT Sloan Management Executive Education on Platform Strategies for Success in Digital Transformation. Ayodeji is the indispensable factor coordinating the delivery of exceptional services to Bridge Credit Limited’s pool of increasing customers. He is passionate about leaving customers with life impacting encounters and he advances the company’s technological drive from time to time to meet its objectives. Our Products Bridge Credit Limited specialises in providing personal loans to classified groups of salary earners to cater for their financial needs. These loans range from 1 month to 24 months and are largely determined by individual net pay. The loan products include the following: a. Bridge Salary Loan This is a loan designed for monthly salary earners within the private sector organisations. This has a maximum tenor of 12 months and customers can access up to 500% of their monthly net pay. b. Bridge Salary Advance (Bridge Salad) Bridge Salary advance is a loan given against the next pay day. It has a tenor not exceeding 30 days and can be accessed by salary earners in both private and public sector organisations. Customers can access up to 50% of their monthly net pay under this programme. c. Bridge Flexi Pay This is our asset finance programme in conjunction with specific partner merchants. This enables public and private salary earners acquire assets for their personal use by availing them flexible payment plans and merchants’ discount. d.
