The industrial facility of Ciments du Maroc consists of 3 factories (Aït Baha, Safi and Marrakech), 2 grinding centers (Laayoune and Jorf Lasfar), 5 quarries and 30 concrete plants located throughout the main cities of the Kingdom. Ciments du Maroc has 813 employees divided between cement and materials activities. Since 1 st July 2016 Cements of Morocco is part of HeidelbergCement Group . Following the integration between HeidelbergCement and Italcementi, the group becomes, globally, the largest producer of aggregates, the second largest in the cement industry and the third in the ready-mix concrete market with 60,000 employees working in more than 3,000 production sites across 60 countries on 5 continents. ABOUT BOB VAN DIJK Graduate of the Polytechnic University of Milan (industrial engineer), Matteo Rozzanigo has held several positions of responsibility at Italcementi since 2007 including the position of Director of cement and BPE activities in the Middle East and the position of General Manager of the Spanish subsidiary FYM . From 2016, Matteo Rozzanigo was appointed to the position of Development Director for the South West Europe Zone of He i d e l b e r gCeme n t and then Director of Strategy and Development of the German Group.
