ADEJUMO is the Managing Director/CEO of the Company. Prior to his appointment as the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of Pivot Capital Limited in June, 2012, Dare was the pioneer Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of Cowry Securities Limited. He was the pioneer Chief Executive Officer of Oasis Insurance Asset Management Limited and the Managing Director/ Chief Executive Officer of Genesis Securities & Investment Limited. Prior to joining Oasis Insurance Asset Management Limited, he was the Chief Operating Officer of SMADAC Securities Limited. He is an Economist, a Chartered Accountant and a Chartered Stockbroker with over 30 years experience in the financial services sector spanning mortgage/ main stream banking, portfolio/asset management, stock broking, financial advisory services and pension fund administration. He graduated from the University of Ibadan in the field of Economics in July, 1985 and holds a Masters degree in Business Administration with specialization in Financial Management from the Lagos State University. He is a Fellow of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (FCA); a Fellow of The Chartered Institute (FCCMgt.) of Corporate Management; a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers (FCS) and an Authorized Dealing Clerk of The Nigerian Stock Exchange. He is registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission as a Broker/Dealer. He is a full member of The Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment (MCSI), United Kingdom. He is an Associate member of the Certified Institute of Pensions of Nigeria (ACIP).
