His research work is a hybrid approach in the fields of Safety roads engineering, concentrating on human interactions with roads structures, with a focus on Safety designs & precautions interventions. This work has resulted in innovative ways of considering and solving major fall outs for roads construction & reduce accident ratios in a wide variety of situations – both in the design office and on the job site. Mohamed Roads designs, Manufacturing development, Implementations and complete safety roads solution, selects components, conducts assessments and inspections, as well as facilitates training. In addition to his work, he is an Executive of the Egyptian safety Roads Association in the Technical & Support Committee on safety roads association. As one of the founders, he has contributed to the development of several standards since 2002 and has participated in the development of the components and specifications standards since 2010. Mohamed has contributed in the “Egyptian renaissance for roads construction” led by the political power since 2013 in Egypt and has executed large & medium contracts in his field with the Ministry of Roads & Transportation as well as with contracts awarded from the ministry of defense to innovate his special formula in military airports and guarded facilities. As the CEO of Entra Road Safety Group, Mohamed represents the hope for better and safer roads in Egypt. With his wide social connection with elite business men in his fields and celebrities in the Egyptian community he has contributed in a vast charity project. He is driven by fitness and in the MOTO “I can be better” and finds helping others a personal pleasure. ABOUT MOHAMMED ELKASHEF Since graduating from the Technical University of Engineering in Cairo with a Bachelor of Engineering in 2002, Mohamed Elkashef has worked in the Safety Roads engineering and all related industries as a project engineer, quality manager, production manager and general manager. Rotating in each direction developing himself and the company’s supply chain, design, project management, procurement, even partnering with local, regional & international partners in terms of supply and execution. Mohamed Elkashef began his work in safety Roads engineering in the late 1990’s and has focused his practice as a specialist engineer in Safety Roads engineering since that time.
