AP Oil and Gas Ghana Limited (APOG) commenced operations in July 2008. AMPERION POWER: Amperion Power Distribution Company Limited (Amperion Power) is the power generation division of Forte Oil PLC which recently completed the acquisition of a majority stake in the 414MWGeregu Power plant located in Kogi State of Nigeria, under the government- led privatization programme in the power sector. Amperion Power is a partnership arrangement with seasoned and competent entities in the global power sector. FB ENERGY DEVELOPMENT COMPANY (FBEDC): FB ENERGY DEVELOPMENT COMPANY (FBEDC) is a Special Purpose Vehicle which has strategic partnership agreement with technical partners to position itself for the proposed Federal Government of Nigeria sale of marginal oil fields and divestment of International Oil Companies investments in local oil blocks. FIRM PROFILE Mr. Akin Akinfemiwa as the Group Chief Executive Officer of the Company is responsible for the overall strategic direction for the business and the subsidiaries. Mr. Akinfemiwa was a former Director, Trading and Business development of Fineshade Energy Limited. Mr. Akin Akinfemiwa is a seasoned and experienced International Petroleum Products Trader with focus on oil and oil products futures, swaps and derivatives trading responsibilities. He was influential in developing strategic trading and supply relationships for Oando in the West African Sub Region. Prior to this, Akin had worked with FSB International Bank plc as a Business Process Analyst and a sub-team leader on the Company’s Business Transformation project in 2001. Mr. Akinfemiwa is an alumnus of the Said Business School, University of Oxford, United Kingdom. He also holds a B.sc Honours degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Ibadan and a Master of Business Administration (information Technology) from the University of Lincolnshire and Humberside, United Kingdom.
